《指挥官:征服美洲》国家特性修改方法

1.打开date/ai/misc 文件,搜索 NationalSpecialties 出现以下

注意 // 后面的只是英文说明,不改也可以,在游戏里没有任何影响和也不会显示该段话

这样修改后,进游戏,不列颠实际已经是0,1,2的3个特性了,而不是3,8,14的三个特性

但在开始选择国家和外交界面里,仍然显示是3,8,14的特性,下面还有一个地方修改
